Cancellation Policy

At HomelyKart, customers may request order cancellation before the order has been shipped.

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@homelykart.shop.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.

Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible returns after delivery.
